JSCAS - Expeditions

ASTRONOMICAL EXPEDITIONS

Information

All expeditions have been organized and led by Paul D. Maley since 1970. They are advertised under the logo "RING OF FIRE EXPEDITIONS" in SKY AND TELESCOPE MAGAZINE. Expeditions are open to anyone interested in eclipses and no prior experience is necessary. Observations are carried out from the center line during total eclipses and from the edge during annular eclipses.

For detailed tour information, registration forms & brochures go to Future Eclipse Trips. You can contact them by emailing Carlson Wagonlit Future Travel: passonsj@carlsontravel.com or call 281-480-1988 for more information.

For information on the JSCAS science effort and eclipse planning, contact Paul Maley at pdmaley@yahoo.com or by phone during the day at 281.244.0208.
